Q:How is your factory production capability?
A:We can produce 12,000 sets of sinks per month. JSD Sink Factory is equipped with a comprehensive production line. If customers have such a need, we can also add a second production line.

Q: How is your production management and quality control system?
A: Our kitchen sink factory with system management method and have our own quality inspection team, which pays attention to the quality issues of each production process.We have established a four-level sink quality inspection system of "IQC - IPQC - FQC - OQC". And we will regularly conduct quality training for the QC team. For each after-sales feedback put forward by customers, we will comprehensively summarize it and use it for QC training to raise the QC's quality requirements for the products.

A: We provide a range of delivery options, encompassing EXW, FOB,CIF etc. each with distinct responsibilities and risk allocations for buyers and sellers. You can choose the method that is most convenient or cost-effective for you.

A: Yes! All sinks can be pass SGS, LFGB, and FDA tests for lead-free materials and corrosion resistance. If you need, we can provide full certification packages to simplify your import process.

Q: What is sink order QTY as usually?
A: Our handmade kitchen sinks are packaged in 1 piece per carton. A 20GP container can accommodate 200 to 250 sinks, while a 40HQ container can hold 500 to 550 sinks. 

Q: What is the payment term?
A: We accept the payment method of transfer.  Our payment terms are typically 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment. 30% deposit before production,70% balance before shipment.
