A: Our monthly production capacity is 12,000 sink sets.
JSD Sink Factory is equipped with a complete production line, and we can add a second production line to meet large order requirements.
3. Q: How is your production management and quality control system?
A: We operate under a standardized management system with a dedicated quality inspection team, controlling quality throughout every production process.
We have established a four-level quality inspection system: IQC - IPQC - FQC - OQC. Regular quality training is provided for our QC team.
We also collect and analyze customer after-sales feedback, which is used in ongoing QC training to further improve product quality standards.

A: We use high-quality stainless steel: SUS316, SUS304 (18/8 stainless steel), and SUS201.
