ZHONGSHAN JSD KITCHEN & BATH CO., LTD. was founded in 2016, located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. It owns a modern factory covering an area of 8,000 square meters, specializing in the R & D and manufacturing of high quality kitchen sinks. We have an annual production capacity of more than 100,000 sets sink. Our factory is equipped with two finished goods warehouses, covering an area of more than 2,000 square meters. Leveraging our flexible warehousing capabilities based on market demand, logistics costs, and other factors, we provide clients with complimentary temporary storage periods and staggered shipment support to enhance supply chain efficiency. It also divides the products of different customers into different areas to clearly distinguish each customer's goods and avoid confusion during shipment.
We have an independent development department and are committed to sink innovation. With the pursuit of innovation and years of collaboration with internationally renowned brands, we launch more than 10 new designs every year, to help clients capture market opportunities. Specializing in personalized solutions, we offer specific services including logo engraving, style customization, size customization, spare parts combination, and completing proofing in 7 days and batch delivery in 30 days to accurately meet customer needs.
Since our establishment, we have strictly implemented quality control standards and obtained ISO9001, CE, UPC, WRAS, ADEO and other international authoritative certificates, and each batch of products undergoes multiple quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability. Q. How is your production management and quality control system?
A: Our kitchen sink factory with 6S management method and all our sink will be done 3 times 100% quality inspection throughout bulk production, checking the semi-finished products as the 1st time, completed products before cleaning as the 2nd time, finished products before packing as the 3rd time. Multiple QC tests enable our factory to better control the sinks quality.
Q: Are your sinks compliant with international standards?
A: Yes! All sinks can be pass SGS, LFGB, and FDA tests for lead-free materials and corrosion resistance. If you need, we can provide full certification packages to simplify your import process.
Q: What is sink order QTY as usually?
A: Our handmade kitchen sinks are packaged in 1 piece per carton. A 20GP container can accommodate 200 to 250 sinks, while a 40HQ container can hold 500 to 550 sinks. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 20 pieces per item. Hope we have a chance to help you.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: We accept the payment method of transfer. Our payment terms are typically 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment. 30% deposit before production,70% balance before shipment.
