A:On average, we can manufacture 8,000 pieces of sinks per month. JSD sink factory is equipped with a comprehensive production line, encompassing Gravity Casting Line, Machining Line, Polishing Line, and Assembling Line. 

Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services , including support for small batch sink orders.

Q: What customization options for you offer for kitchen sink?
A: We offer customization options for logo laser printing, dimension, colour and packing design to meet specific customer requirements.we Also offer assistance in designing kitchen sink package boxes and detail document according to your needs. A: Yes, we offer samples for testing and evaluation purposes. The lead time for sample production is approximately 7-15 days. And our sink bulk production need 25-35days to produce.

A: Our sinks are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit and ensure safe delivery.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We provide a range of delivery options, encompassing EXW, FOB, and CIF, each with distinct responsibilities and risk allocations for buyers and sellers. You can choose the method that is most convenient or cost-effective for you.

Q. How is your production management and quality control system?
A: Our kitchen sink factory with 6S management method and all our sink will be done 3 times 100% quality inspection throughout bulk production, checking the semi-finished products as the 1st time, completed products before cleaning as the 2^nd time, finished products before packing as the 3rd time. Multiple QC tests enable our factory to better control the sinks quality.


Q: Are your sinks compliant with international standards?
A: Yes! All sinks can be pass SGS, LFGB, and FDA tests for lead-free materials and corrosion resistance. If you need, we can provide full certification packages to simplify your import process.

Q: What is sink order QTY as usually?
A: Our handmade kitchen sinks are packaged in 1 piece per carton. A 20GP container can accommodate 200 to 250 sinks, while a 40HQ container can hold 500 to 550 sinks. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 20 pieces per item. Hope we have a chance to help you.

Q: What is the payment term?
A: We accept the payment method of transfer.  Our payment terms are typically 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment. 30% deposit before production,70% balance before shipment.
